First Babysitter!!!!!

This is Dama...isn't she pretty??!!! She is our VERY FIRST babysitter!!!!

I surprised Jon with a night out tonight. Since Kate has been going to bed consistently at 7 p.m...I asked Dama (with whom I work) if she would sit while we went out after Kate went to bed. So, she came over at 7 and we got home at 10. This was a GREAT night. Kate didn't wake while we were gone and we had a great dinner at the Lucky Dog...our spot....so things were awesome. I feel so comfortable with her here watching Kate...so hopefully she'll do this again for us!!!

Today we went to visit Jon at work. His boss is HUGE on new babies so it was a must to bring her in. She did great, but really cranked up the smiles when we got home. Check it out...

Also, I'm SO sorry I haven't been keeping up. It's been pretty busy here plus my camera doesn't work with our VERY slow computer and we're actually getting a new one, but until then, I need to wait for Jon to come home to use his laptop, and frankly by that time, I'm just too damn tired to blog. But, I'm going back to work on the 26th, so you can bet that I'll be better about blogging when I go back. I'll keep posting pictures, though.
